Reflect on an experience where you felt confident in your abilities. How did that confidence influence your choices or effort?

 Prompt: A time I felt confident in my abilities was my freshman year in this playoff game against Tucker. My confidence helped me score a career high and I scored the game tying point. Bringing us to over time then we won the game.  It also made my effort higher. Summary: We read chapter 12 and answered questions. Reflection: I learned more about my class mates.

 Prompt: The film makes his actions seem more reckless. It makes it seem more reckless because he doesn't have the proper resources to be tramping but he still does nonetheless. The film makes me realize how much it took for Chris to actually travel that far.  Summary: We watch a film about Into the Wild and answer questions. Reflection: I learned more about Chris.

 Prompt: A moment my understand of my family changed as I got older was when I seen that my father didn't do nearly as much for me as my mother.  Prompt: The chapter that stood out the most to me was chapter 1. It stood out the most because of McCandless's overconfidence in his ability to survive in the wild. His confidence in himself made the chapter really interesting seeing how he turned out in the end. A great chapter that shows how much McCandless believes in himself and wants to test himself. Summary: We took a test. Reflection: I learned more about the messages in into the Wild.

 Prompt: Success for me is having all A's, getting accepted into most of the colleges I apply to, being a starter on varsity, and being as productive as I can be everyday. Those ideas came from watching how my mom accomplishes things. That definition reflects family expectation because this is everything my family expects out of me. It doesn't bother me because this is a standard that I want to be at. Summary: We did an assignment, then read chapter 9 and 10. Reflection: I learned more about McCandless.

Chris chooses independence over relationships. When have you chosen to be on your own instead of relying on others? What happened, and would you make the same choice again?

 Prompt: A time I chose to be on my own instead of relying on others was when I chose to train all summer instead of doing aau. I got really good at one point then I just got lazy. My skills regressed because of how lazy I was. If I had the chance to make this same choice again I would choose to be on my own because I got way better doing it that way.  Summary: Abeent.  Prompt: The word that resonates with me personally is largesse. I resonate with this word because it links me to experiences of my friends looking out for me when they don't have to. Like my friend getting me food when I didn't ask for nothing while we were on a trip.  Summary: We wrote 15 sentences, did exercise 1 and 3. Reflection: I learned about 15 new words.
