In “The Interlopers” by Saki, Ulrich and Georg view each other as interlopers, outsiders intruding on their land and their lives. Think about a time when you felt like an interloper or when someone else felt out of place in your world. How did that situation affect relationships, emotions, or outcomes?

Prompt: One time I felt out of place was when I was around a group of hood kids in my neighborhood. This situation made me grow more distant with the other kids in my neighborhood. I didn't really have any emotions about it I just knew that I didn't want to be around them. The outcome was I started coming outside less because I didn't want to be around the hood kids.

Summary: Today, we worked on Commonlit and did a blog post.

Reflection: I learned how to analyze a story.
