Prompt Response: A time I felt connected to nature was probably when I was in middle school. I had just got back home from school and I didn't have any homework. So me and my friend walked through these woods that was by my house. We walked for about thirty minutes then turned around. It was so beautiful, we even seen a deer eating.

Summary: We learned about how Native Americans passed on stories and about their country while taking notes.

Reflection: Today, I learned about how Native Americans passed on stories.

 Prompt: Something meaningful that I experienced over the break was being able to spend time with my family. I felt most thankful for the time I spent with them. The reason I felt really thankful for the time was because with my usual schedule with Basketball and School. I don't usually have time to spend with them after a school day. I was really happy we all got to spend time together over the break. Summary: I wasn't here. Reflection: I learned 15 new words.

She used the word to show that you could plant crops on the land. The way she said it really made it easy to understand.  Summary: We worked on exercise 1, then did our blog post. Reflection: I learned the meaning of 15 new words.
