Thinking about "The Rockpile," what is something your parents forbade you from doing when you were growing up? Explain what it was and why they might have set that rule.

Prompt: While, growing up my mom forbid me from going up the hill. She did this because they were brothers who lived up there that had tried to break into one of my family's cars. They also tried to fight me on a different occasion. I'm thankful that my mom did this because I knew they had access to weapons.

Summary: We read the "Rockpile", then did our roles in our group.

Reflection: Learned how to find a true meaning of a quote from a story.
