In 2–3 well-developed sentences, reflect on how you spent your Holiday Break. Then, identify four personal you would like to achieve this year and briefly explain why each goal is important to you

 Prompt: I spent my entire break laying in bed and playing video games.

1st goal: The first goal that I want to achieve this year is getting an A in AP Environmental Science. This goal is important because I want to use this class to raise my GPA . To accomplish this goal, I will study this subject for at least thirty minutes a day, do all extra credit in the class, and turn in all work on time. By May 2026, I plan to end this class with an A.

2nd goal: The second goal that I want to achieve is getting my driver's license. This goal is important because I want more freedom and it would help me manage my responsibilites better.To accomplish this goal, I will study the driver's manual for 30 mins every day, practice driving with a licensed adult every weekend, and complete my required driving hours by the beginning of the summer. By June 2026, I plan to pass both the written and driving tests for my license.

3rd: My third goal I want to achieve is getting an A in AP U.S. History.This goal is important because I want to use this class to raise my GPA.To accomplish this goal, I will study the subject 30 minutes a day, ask questions in class if I don't understand anything, and turn in all work on time. By may 2026, I plan to pass this class with an A.

4th goal: My fourth goal I want to achieve is to figure out what I want to do as a career in the future.This goal is important because I want to figure what colleges have a good program for the career I want to do in the future.To accomplish this goal, I will look into career paths that align with my interest,  I will look at the salaries of the career, and I will try to intern for these careers to see if I like them. By June 2026, I will know what I want to do for my career in the future.
