What is the best piece of advice of that your parent or guardian has given you? Tell what the advice was and what prompted you to ask the question.

Prompt: the best piece of advice a parent has ever given me was when my mom told me to stop hurting myself trying tom help other people. She told me this because at the time I was doing a lot for this person that I liked, and it was messing me up in the process. At first, I didn't realize how much I needed it till I started using it. Since I've started using her advice I have been able to improve myself in many different ways.

Summary: We worked on analyzing a poem.

Reflection: I learned about how poems use different ways to reflect real life.
