What is the most challenging part of working in a group? Discuss a time when a group assignment did not go as well as you planned and how you learned from that experience.

Prompt: The most challenging part of working in a group is working with lazy members. One time a group assignment did not go as well as I planned was when me and my group worked together on a project for Biology, my freshmen year. It didn't go well because two out of the four members were lazy. Me and the other member who was productive just did all of the work not wanting to get a bad grade. I learned that I have to communicate better and involve every member of the group making sure everyone does the same amount of work.

Summary: We worked on Rhetorical Analysis Practice.

reflection: I learned how to write a Rhetorical analysis Practice.
